Driving to Emporia

We took two days to drive up to Kansas, Tuesday we drove as far as Waco, TX and then we finished the trip on Wednesday arriving "at home" at about 5:00 pm.

Packing the truck took A LOT longer than we thought it would, about 7 hours. But when it was packed it looked like a huge tetrus (sp?) game that the movers had won. There wasn't one inch of space left in that truck.

Needless to say, the we were packed and ready to go long before the movers were.

Of course we left room for the kitty cages right up front...

...But Virginia didn't want to be in her cage:

And she got a bit anxious when we stopped for lunch and Tommy went in to get our hamburgers.

Ever try to get a cat to use a litter box in a moving vehicle?

How did the cats do on the trip? Do they like traveling?
