Tommy is a trooper!

We're driving home from Houston this afternoon after an eye doctor check up for me this morning. All's well with my eyes, everything remains attached, just as it should. We tried a new hotel Sunday night. There's lots near the medical center luckily. But sadly I have to say that we were not well impressed at all with the Hilton. First, they wrote the wrong room number our key envelope so we tried to get into a room that wasn't ours (which luckily wasn't assigned to anyone else at the time). Then the air conditioner in our room didn't work. Raul, the engineer came up to our room to fix it and it cooled for a while but by about three am it had stopped working and we both had a difficult time sleeping. Then there was navigating the parking garage and the card swipes there to get out and Houston traffic in general...just not a smooth trip. But through it all Tommy kept his sense of humor and didn't loose his temper and I was very proud of him for that!
