Dolly finally came ashore early this afternoon just north of Brownsville and about 150 or so miles south of Corpus Christi. It's rained and rained and rained...about 4 inches up to this point and more to come. And now the wind is beginning to blow a bit harder but the rain has stopped temporarily. We're supposed to get more rain over the next 24 hours but everything's under control and we're fine.
