Someday I'm going to watch the space shuttle take off in person (since there's little chance that I'll actually ever be inside one when it takes off :-).
that is on my 'things to do before I do' list too!! :) We were all set to watch the shuttle take off last night--then we forget. I was soooo upset. I love when it takes off in the dark.
