One of my african violets is about to bloom and so is my plumeria. It will be a first for both. Well, sort of. The african violets were blooming when I got them but haven't bloomed since (at least a year, maybe two). The plumeria was a gift from a friend who brought it back for me from Hawaiian vacation three years ago. At the moment they've both got buds that are taking a really long time to open. I'm hoping that means that the blooms will last a long time too. I'll post pictures when they bloom.
