The culprits?

See what we found in the tomato bed this evening?

Best we can tell, this is either a Texas patchnose snake, or a Redstriped ribbon snake


and this is a bull snake



The question is are they eating our tomatoes?

I'm sorry to have to tell you that I saw one of them come from through the fence from your yard with own two eyes...the ribbon snake!
